Observation

2)d) There were a few plastic bags accessible to children in the toddler/mixed age classroom in the cabinet under the diapering station (partially full plastic diaper bags). There were some play materials stored in gallon size plastic bags in the closet in the preschool room that were stored on the lower shelves where they are accessible to the children in that classroom. 3)a) On the preschool playground, there were panels of wood secured to a post office toy and mail box toy that were deteriorating and had splintered edges. 5)a) There was one electrical outlet in the mixed-age classroom that did not appear to be tamper resistant. The outlet was located on the wall above the counter level, but there are chairs next to it that a child could climb to access the counter. This room is licensed for children up to age 3 years. 5)g) There were door chime receivers plugged in to the electrical outlets near the handwashing sinks in the waddler classroom and the mixed-age classroom.
